If you have registered to attend the Materials Education Symposium and require a letter from Granta Design inviting you to the meeting in order to help with visa applications or other immigration requirements, we are happy to help.

Please:

1. Register for the meeting (note, your registration will be accepted once payment is complete)*
2. Contact us to request a letter
3. If you are unable to attend the event because of visa problems, we will refund the registration fee under our standard terms and conditions—full refund requires 14 days notice

We recommend that you apply for your visa as soon as possible to avoid problems, and ensure a full refund should problems occur.

* Note—to protect against involvement in immigration fraud, we regret that we cannot issue invitation letters to visa applicants who have not completed the registration process.
