Payment Information Instructions
IMES 2023 Bank Transfer Payment instructions:
- The booking form at the bottom of this page can be considered as a quote (our Finance Team will not be able to provide other quotes). We will not send an invoice in advance of your payment.
- Payment must be made to Ansys UK (bank details on the page). Once registration and payment is complete, the confirmation or receipt (unfortunately labelled “invoice”, no need to pay again) will be issued to the contact on the booking form, which may take up to 15 working days. Please take a screenshot of the bank payment confirmation and send it to: education@ansys.com to speed up the processing.
- Payment must be made before attendance. Please make the payment immediately. If you are paying via purchase order, the PO number will be displayed on the resulting payment confirmation.
- Payment should be paid by bank transfer directly into the Ansys UK bank account as follows:

The registration fees for IMES 2023 are listed in the table below:
*Early-career Discount is aims to encourage young academics under 35 who are starting to teach in universities to come and share their experiences, ending at midnight BST on Monday, January 23rd, 2023
**Early bird registration ends at midnight BST on Monday, January 23rd, 2023. (Registration by this date, secures the discount).
***Standard registration begins on January 24th, 2023 and ends at 5:00PM GMT on Saturday, April 1st, 2023.
